Growing healthcare company with innovative sterile reprocessing solutions is seeking a Clinical Specialist who will be responsible for all customer clinical education and support in the use of their products for sterilization of Medical Devices. The Clinical Specialist will develop and implement customer education programs, materials and resources. This position will be based near a major airport on the West Coast.

Responsibilities of the Clinical Specialist:
  • Develops educational programs and webinars for national and regional accounts
  • Develops and delivers CEU accredited educational programs
  • Provides and teaches workshops and classes on infection prevention and low temperature sterile processing
  • Provides customer education in the use of products
  • Evaluates policies and procedures related to clinical outcomes
  • Supports the sales team
  • Serves as "voice of the customer" as it relates to clinical issues and functions
Requirements for Clinical Specialist:
  • Valid clinical license (RN, Sterile Processing Technician, Scrub Tech, GI Nurse or related)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 or more years of direct clinical experience
  • "hands-on" experience with infection control, sterile processing or GI products
  • Familiarity with FDA labeling regulations
  • Prefer experience writing CEU programs
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time domestically and internationally (must have valid passport or ability to obtain passport)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
