Growing manufacturer of Medical Device Capital Equipment with an innovative product for sterilization of Medical Devices is seeking a Regional Sales Representative based in the Central  United States. The Regional Sales Representative will manage sales and education and granting of licenses for equipment, accessories and related consumables for heat-sensitive Medical Devices. 

The Regional Sales Specialist will:
  • Plan, direct and coordinate the selling of products in conjunction with external sales support.
  • Attends Trade Shows and participates in identified sales activities such as prospecting calls And account maintenance 
  • Expand the sales of company products and to convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction.
  • Master the understanding of the company products and services.
  • Handles customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with Sales
  • Frorntline facing, being the main contact for any issues with Sales Orders
  • Troubleshoots problem accounts, working directly with Inside/Outside Sales and customers
  • Reports to Finance on a Regular Basis
  • Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining and expanding current accounts, building new accounts, developing strong customer relationships and meeting quotas for a variety of products.
Requirements for Regional Sales Specialist include:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must have experience selling Capital Equipment to hospitals, experience with GI equipment or Central Sterile sales point preferred
  • 3 or more years of outside sales experience of Medical Devices a must
  • Extensive travel - road warrior
  • Experience selling to physicians in the Operating Room
